		Your Credit Card Will Be Charged When The Order Gets To The Cutting Dept Our current manufacturing window for non stocking items is about 20 to 25 weeks. This is not a guarantee, so we cannot give you an exact date, its a seasonal window we are working with. The problem with the lead times is that we would need a full time mathematician to calculate every day, the current three months worth of orders in house and then calculate the current day's events. The delivery times would shrink and get bigger each day, maybe even each few hours. Most of our holsters are custom made. We have no control when it comes to the amount of orders ahead of your order, that is why we give an approximate shipping time but no guarantees. Its just a good guess.{This wait time does not apply to in stock items which usually ship in 24 to 48 hours.}. It could be a longer wait time depending on what's ahead of your order. Most of our customers are patient knowing that the wait is worth it. If you have chosen 2nd day air, it will ship 2nd day air, after the product has been manufactured. In stock items usually ship in 24 to 48 hours, most items are not in stock unless you see STOCKING ITEM listed under the product, this means we have it ready to go. Lines that we try to stock have bold red lettering that says STOCKING ITEM under their picture.These items are likely to ship in a day. If you ordered online, when the order is shipped, you will be E-mailed your UPS tracking number.



	In order to provide you with the best possible shopping experience we have set up an Order Status page. The Order Status page will help you understand where your non stocking order is. This will let you know what months are going the different manufacturing steps. Please keep in mind, some months there are many orders placed, which makes it look like we are far behind and moving slow. Then, there are other months that have less orders placed which closes the gap. We never really know. If you call us and ask on order status, this is the page we go to, we do not have any secrets or hidden information. NON STOCKING ITEMS

We will be in contact three times during the process.
The First time you will get a confirmation email of your order.
The Second time is when the order goes to the cutting dept, we will charge the credit card, you will see this on your credit card statement. You will not get an email from us for this.
The Third time is when the order is almost ready to ship, you will be emailed a UPS tracking # about one week before it actually leaves the factory. Accounting is always ahead of the manufacturing process.

STOCKING ITEMS

We will be in contact two times during the process.

The Second time is when the order is almost ready to ship, you will be emailed a UPS tracking # about one day before it actually leaves the factory. Most times the order ships in 24 to 48 hr, Monday thru Friday.

Please keep in mind High Noon Holsters are made from scratch, some are easy to manufacture, and some are more time consuming. Although delivery time reflects our hand crafted methods, and attention to detail, so does the finished product. The highest quality holsters can not be mass produced. It just can not be done. With that said we are popular and there is a wait for a quality hand made holster. {This wait time does not apply to in stock items which usually ship in 24 to 48 hours.}.

The product does not meet our quality control standards and has to be remanufactured. In such a case the order goes to the head of the line, to be expedited, but will be out of the window. In these cases, it takes two or three days longer.
Seasonal pressures and workloads, again its hard to predict what's ahead of you when you place your order.
Backorder on raw material.

It is impossible for us to stock everything. We have to many choices. We currently produce about 30 holsters in our line , in three colors, left and right hand, lined or unlined and two different materials{Horse or Cowhide}for over three hundred semi autos, which means that we would need to have about 90,000 holsters in stock just to have one example of each, it just can not be done.

Provide all the information requested on the order form.
Put in your correct E-mail address{double check it!} so you can get a confirmation of the order and an order number. The only reason you will not get a confirmation E-mail is because you typed your E-mail address in wrong, again double check it. Also put us on your friends list if you use e-mail filtering software.
The best indicator of status on your order is when its almost ready to ship, you will be E-mailed your UPS tracking number.

Our goal is to provide you with service and an extraordinary product in a reasonable time frame. We want to get your holster to you as fast as possible, but remember, these holsters are not mass produced, most orders are NOT in stock, they are custom made, one at a time.
