No one is perfect, even though we strive to be, and from time to time we all make mistakes. As far as customer service goes here at High Noon we do not care who made the mistake,

 the only thing we care about is your satisfaction.  This is why we feel we have the best repair policy and customer service in the industry.  Dealing with High Noon Holsters will be a very positive and memorable experience for YOU!  With that said, human mistakes do happen and dealing with a natural product like leather or horsehide can sometimes be difficult. The cows and horses don't always cooperate and we don't always catch them in the act! If a mistake happens from the cows, horses or humans, all we ask is that you give us the "chance to make it right." That's our goal. High Noon Holsters® uses only the highest quality materials, however, we do not manufacture all of the component pieces used in our products, snaps and fasteners, for example. Therefore, there may be occasions when a repair is necessary. We maintain a 100% lifetime warranty on quality and workmanship. In other words, we will fix it for free and pay the shipping back to you.

This policy assures that during the lifetime of the owner, original or not, High Noon Holsters will provide, without cost, all authorized labor necessary to repair any factory defect of material, worn stitching or workmanship of the covered item.  We feel the quality we have to offer is worth a 100% lifetime warranty on any manufacturer defects. We established the lifetime warranty to help get the message out that we make the highest quality products. We don't need to see a receipt. We don't need to see when it was purchased. If it says High Noon Holsters® on it then its covered. We are proud of our product and our repair percentages are so low they are almost immeasurable. This unique lifetime repair policy is one more reason why experienced shooters and collectors look to High Noon Holsters for the world's finest gun holsters and belts.

Of course, some things are not covered by this free lifetime repair policy.  Examples are tension setups (replacements are sold here, they do not wear out, people forget to check there gear or do not loc tite these down and lose them), cosmetic defects, loss or theft, normal wear and tear, customer abuse, unauthorized repairs by someone other then High Noon Holsters and modifications made by the customer.

 

We don't expect you to need it, but in the rare instance that you do, it's all right here for you.

  2. State reason for repair.
  3. Please ship product back thru the U.S.Mail ONLY, shipping any other way, you will not receive credit. Ship in a BOX, not a padded envelope, they are easily crushed in transit. 
  4. DO NOT REQUEST A SIGNATURE ON THE PACKAGE. THIS WILL DELAY THE REPAIR AND IT MAY BE RETURNED BACK TO YOU BY THE POST OFFICE. WE GO OFF HOURS TO THE PO BOX AND CANNOT SIGN.
    Delivery confirmation is a better choice if you need proof the package got to us. Insuring the package is also a good idea in case it gets lost.
