The cows and horses don't always cooperate and we don't always catch them in the act! If a mistake happens from the cows, horses or humans, all we ask is that you give us the " the chance to make it right." That's our goal. We know how difficult it can be to buy products on line. We make every effort to ensure 100% satisfaction before, during and after the purchase of your holster. There is no middleman here, no red tape or run around.
You are at the source, we are the manufacturer and take sole responsibility for everything. Most companies the connection is over as soon as the purchase is completed, with High Noon Holsters® we view the purchase as the beginning of a relationship.
Within 30 days of receiving your High Noon Holster®, if for any reason you want to return your product you may do so, for a full refund or exchange. Shipping charges not included. No other holster manufacturer has the confidence to extend this kind of offer. Except us. We know how good our holsters are, and we are not afraid to stand behind them. We do have some products that are NON Returnable. There is an option at check out to let you know the product is custom made and non returnable and its also in your confirmation email.
It doesn't matter if the holster is worn and used, we EXPECT it to be. How do you know if you like it or not, if its not worn? Most all other makers want that holster back in new condition, and then charge you a restocking fee, that's no return policy. That's look but don't touch. Not at High Noon Holsters!! If you do not want your holster, we will take it back, any way you give it to us and any way you want to do the return. Its your choice: refund, credit or another product. We need you to be happy with your holster. Your choice of gun and holster are a team that has to work together to protect your life. You need to be comfortable with both choices and we feel privileged you chose us to help. Please remember a large part of our line is custom and made to the specifications you picked like, color, lined or unlined, cowhide or horsehide and most of all molded to the gun you carry. These custom orders are non returnable except for manufacturing defects.
Also we have to draw the line somewhere, 30 days is 30 days. We understand your situation is uniquely different and that 30 days was not enough time, you changed guns, changed your mind, gained weight, lost weight etc etc. We do not want to tell you no, but we have to. Its also not fair to all the customers that do follow the rules.
We feel the quality we have to offer is worth a 100% lifetime warranty on any manufacturer defects. We established the lifetime warranty to help get the message out that we make the highest quality products. We don't need to see a receipt. We don't need to see when it was purchased. If it says High Noon Holsters® on it then its covered. We are proud of our product. Our is so well made out the door that return percentages are so low they are almost immeasurable. In other words, we will fix it for free.
High Noon Holsters® uses only the highest quality materials, however, we do not manufacture all of the component pieces used in our products( snaps and fasteners, for example ). Therefore, there may be occasions when a repair is necessary. We maintain a 100% lifetime guarantee on quality, workmanship and hardware. ( snaps, fasteners etc. ) In other words, if its fixable, we will fix it for free. Of course, some things are not covered by this free lifetime repair policy. Examples are tension setups (replacements are sold here), they do not wear out, people forget to check there gear or do not loc tite these down and lose them), cosmetic defects, loss or theft, normal wear and tear, customer abuse, unauthorized repairs by someone other then High Noon Holsters and modifications made by the customer.
